All our electricians are fully qualified and when carrying out an EICR all our electricians are either NAPIT or NICEIC registered

What is EICR?

EICR is an electrical installation condition report. The purpose of EICR is to identify any damage, deterioration, defects, or situations which might be a safety concern. After that, a 7 page report is generated and recommendations are suggested to improve such situations.
These inspections should be carried out every 5 years for tenanted properties according to UK legislation.

5. Can I stay at home during the rewiring process?
It is safe to stay at your home during the rewiring process. However, the process is disruptive work and can be hazardous for people who have dust allergies. Plus, it is easier to work at a vacant property as the work can be completed faster.
